Conditions:
- Free express service for inspection and repair (Express Service) valued at 535 baht per product
- Customers must pay inspection and cleaning fees at normal service rates. (in the case that the product is out of warranty)
but if the product is still under warranty Customers will receive free service according to the terms of the warranty.
- Limited to 80 items per day
- Unlimited number of product items per customer
- For customers who send products for inspection or cleaning in the morning. You may receive the product back in the afternoon. But if the product is delivered in the afternoon, you may receive the product back in the evening or morning of the next day, depending on the volume of products sent in for repairs per day. Canon will inform the customer of the delivery date later.
- For customers who want to send products for urgent repair. Then you must wait for spare parts will not be able to participate in this promotion. After checking, the staff will call to inform the customer.
- Customers who wish to participate in the promotion must confirm the repair immediately after the operator calls to inform them of the repair details.
- This promotional offer does not include cases where the camera is seriously damaged such as being dropped, dropped into water, or damaged and requires time for testing. and includes repair cases that require spare parts, etc.
