Canon celebrates the month of love with the Love & Care promotion, inviting photographers to care for their cherished cameras and lenses. Customers can bring up to 2 Canon photography gear for a free express checkup and cleaning service (valued at 2,130 baht) from 3–28 February 2025, at the Canon Service Center Head Office (Sathorn Square Office Tower).

Terms and Conditions :
- The promotion is valid from February 3, 2025, to February 28, 2025.
- Customers can enjoy free external cleaning, inspection, and express service, valued at 2,130 THB for up to 2 items.
- Daily service is limited to 40 slots following this period:
- 20 slots in the morning (8:15 AM – 11:30 AM)
- 20 slots in the afternoon (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- Each customer can include a maximum of 2 items per slot in the promotion.
- Standard service fees apply for the third item onward.
- Items dropped off in the morning will be returned by the afternoon, while items dropped off in the afternoon will be returned by the evening or the following business morning, depending on the daily volume.
- Repairs are not eligible for this promotion.
- Internal cleaning services, such as mold or rust removal inside equipment, are excluded and will incur regular service charges.
- Customers shipping items via courier, private transport, or through dealers can participate in the promotion, but shipping fees are not included.
- The promotion is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and company-declared holidays.
- This promotion is exclusively available to customers utilizing services within Thailand and can only be redeemed at the Canon Service Center Head Office.
Canon Marketing (Thailand) reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion and any related details without prior notice.
